Is there a minimum booking period?

 We generally have a one-hour minimum booking, but we're flexible based on the sise of the job and location. Just let us know what you need.

Do you do evening or weekend moves?

Yes, we work evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule. We know not everyone can move during office hours.

What do you accept as payment?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Can I travel in the van with the driver?

Subject to space and insurance conditions, we might be able to take you in the van—please let us know when you book.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

You can cancel or change by phoning or emailing us. We would appreciate as much notice as you can give. We provide fixed prices from the details you give. If the scope of work varies, we will agree any differences prior to continuing.

Do you provide blankets and straps to move furniture?

Yes, our vehicles are equipped with blankets, straps, and trollies to secure and transport your possessions safely.

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially during busy periods. However, we’re happy to take last-minute bookings if available.
